These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bp99c platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features. Please read this document carefully. By registering an account or using any bp99c service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use bp99c.
One account per person, per household. Multiple accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, and money laundering result in immediate account closure.
bp99c may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any bp99c service. bp99c reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any Funds returned in accordance with applicable policies.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account with bp99c. Each household may hold only one (1) Account. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of Funds.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. bp99c is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. bp99c does not knowingly accept Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify that participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account.
Important: By registering a bp99c Account, you confirm under your own responsibility that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your place of residence, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. bp99c will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify bp99c support immediately via live chat or email.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. bp99c strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Enabling 2FA does not transfer liability for Account activity to bp99c in circumstances where the Player has shared credentials voluntarily.
3.4 Account Transfer Prohibition. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to use your Account. bp99c reserves the right to close any Account found to be operated by a person other than the registered Account holder.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bp99c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. bp99c targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawals page, which vary by payment method. bp99c does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment method; however, intermediary fees charged by payment providers are outside bp99c's control.
4.4 Source of Funds. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. bp99c reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming source of funds. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
4.5 Currency. All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise displayed. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction.
Note: bp99c does not accept deposits made from credit cards. All deposited funds must originate from accounts or instruments owned by the depositing Player.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers made available by bp99c are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's terms.
5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Promotional offers are intended for one (1) use per eligible Player, per Account, per household, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. bp99c reserves the right to void Bonus funds and associated winnings if a Player is found to have obtained the same promotion multiple times across multiple Accounts.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. bp99c reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom if it has reasonable grounds to suspect Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placing bets that do not constitute genuine gameplay for entertainment; systematic exploitation of Bonus terms through low-risk, mathematically risk-free betting strategies.
5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired Bonus funds are not reissued.
6.1 Game Provider Rules. Each game available on the bp99c platform is subject to the specific rules of the relevant game provider. In the event of a technical or procedural dispute related to a specific game, the game provider's records and rules shall take precedence.
6.2 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software fault, bp99c reserves the right to void affected bets. Winnings derived from a malfunctioning game may be declared invalid. bp99c will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of system downtime or technical errors.
6.3 Sportsbook Settlement. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as recognised by the relevant governing body. bp99c reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of official results, and to re-settle or void markets where results are overturned by the relevant authority.
6.4 Bet Cancellation. Bets accepted in error — for example, at materially incorrect odds due to a technical fault — may be cancelled by bp99c. Players will be notified and original stakes refunded to their Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Funds:
Zero Tolerance: bp99c maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and cheating. Suspected prohibited conduct is investigated thoroughly, and confirmed cases are referred to relevant authorities where applicable.
8.1 Ownership. All content on the bp99c Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the property of bp99c or its licensors. All rights are reserved.
8.2 Licence to Use. bp99c grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You may not use any bp99c trademark, logo, or brand name for any commercial purpose or in any manner likely to cause confusion without prior written authorisation from bp99c.
bp99c collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review our Privacy Policy for full details on the data we collect, how it is used, and your rights.
10.1 Age Restriction. All bp99c services are strictly available to individuals aged 21 and above. bp99c enforces age verification at the withdrawal stage and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the Account's lifecycle.
10.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. bp99c provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity: deposit limits; loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible in your Account settings or can be activated immediately by contacting our 24/7 support team.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request a self-exclusion of any duration. During an active self-exclusion period, the affected Account will be locked, promotional communications will cease, and re-registration will be prevented. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

11.1 Service Availability. bp99c does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
11.2 Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bp99c shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Player Responsibility. Participation in online gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and at your own risk. bp99c is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay.
11.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates third-party game providers and payment processors. bp99c is not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of such third parties, except to the extent expressly required by applicable law.
12.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bp99c support. Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of KYC procedures. Active Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
12.2 Closure by bp99c. bp99c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. These Terms continue to bind you with respect to any claims, liabilities, or obligations that arose prior to closure.
bp99c reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bp99c's operating jurisdiction under its applicable international gaming authority licensing framework.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and bp99c, you agree to first raise the matter with bp99c's customer support team, providing full details of your complaint. bp99c will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, bp99c will provide information on the applicable escalation procedure.
14.3 No Class Actions. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim against bp99c shall be pursued on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding against bp99c.
